CocopeatMarket reduces buyer risk by verifying supplier documentation, COA freshness, and batch-level quality data.
Three Badge Tiers
Tier 0 — Listed
Basic company information and product listings. No documentation has been verified. Score below 40 or missing TDS.
Tier 1 — Document Verified
TDS per SKU is present, business registration evidence is on file, and certificate copies (if claimed) are uploaded. Score 40–69 with TDS present.
Tier 2 — Batch Verified (Gold)
2+ recent COAs (within 90 days) tied to batch/lot IDs with EC test method, EC/pH, moisture, and Na/Cl values. Score ≥70.
Docs Completeness Score (0–100)
Company & Trust (20 pts)
Full contacts, address, factory locations, export markets, website.
Technical Docs (40 pts)
TDS per SKU, EC + test method present, packaging/container details, blend ratios.
Quality Proof (30 pts)
COAs present, COA freshness (≤90 days), Na/Cl values, batch/lot IDs.
Certificates (10 pts)
Certificate copies uploaded with valid expiry dates.
